Lauren Daher started their career in 2011 as an intern for various companies in marketing, social media marketing, and advertising sales. In 2012, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor at UCF Foundation. Lauren then joined Catalyst Solutions in 2013, where they held roles in marketing and communications, and eventually became the Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for managing the recruitment process and developing staffing plans for health plan projects. Lauren also oversaw talent acquisition initiatives across the entire business.
Lauren Daher attended the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising and Public Relations during that time.
