Chris Marshall

Chris Marshall currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Railway Housing Association since February 2024 and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Catalyst Stockton since September 2017. Previously, Chris held various positions at Thirteen Group from September 2016 to February 2024, including Head of Housing Services and Area Manager. At Gentoo Group Limited, Chris worked from February 2009 to August 2016, rising to the role of Head of Operations. Chris started the career at Housing Hartlepool from September 2006 to February 2009 as a Project Officer and Housing Officer. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Housing Sustainable Communities from Northumbria University and is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since July 2009.
