Himanshu Choksi

Himanshu Choksi is a consultant at Catalyst Strategies. Himanshu has over 20 years of experience in the industry, holding various positions such as interim CEO, board and VC investor, and managing director.

Himanshu has a sharp focus on growth and margin, and has achieved great success in their previous companies. In particular, they were brought in as interim CEO of Intematix, a LED lighting & display company, during a CEO transition. Within a year, they had restructured the product portfolio, expanded manufacturing capacity, established an external communications strategy, passed an ISO audit, and streamlined the IP effort. This led to the company's first EBITDA positive and net income positive quarters.

Himanshu was also a board member and VC investor at Parlo, an enterprise automation company that was acquired by ServiceNow (NOW). Himanshu was instrumental in helping the company grow from a small startup to a successful enterprise solution with customers such as IT help desks, HR departments, and 24x7 customer support.

In 2001, Himanshu founded Growth Consulting, a consulting firm that helps startups grow their businesses. Himanshu has since helped many startups achieve success and scale their businesses.

Himanshu Choksi completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a focus in General Management, Strategy, and Marketing. Prior to that, they completed a MS in Materials Science & Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. Himanshu began their educational career at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
