Pauline Isherwood is a seasoned Learning Expert with over 25 years of experience in designing and facilitating educational programs aimed at enhancing learner efficiency and effectiveness. As the owner of her own enterprise since April 2018, Pauline also works as a facilitator with MIX Diversity Developers Limited, Catalyst Inc., Hemsley Fraser, and the NeuroLeadership Institute, focusing on diversity, gender equity, leadership skills, and neuroscience-based coaching.
