Claudia Aparicio

Claudia Aparicio is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluations & Learning (MEL) Manager at Catalyste+ since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing MEL for international and national projects, staff supervision, and data analysis. Prior roles at Catalyste+ included Senior MEL Officer and MEL Officer, focusing on compliance with GAC and DCED standards and supporting project data collection. Claudia's previous experience includes serving as an Equality between Women and Men Advisor for CECI, a Gender Equality Advisor for EQWIP HUBs, and internships that involved gender equality and inclusion research with Plan International. Claudia holds an Ontario Graduate Certificate in International Development and an Honours BA in Sociology from McMaster University, complemented by a certificate in Leadership & Management in the Not-for-Profit Sector from Mohawk College.
