Anna Erlandsson

Anna Erlandsson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anna is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at CatalystOne Solutions since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Azets from June 2017 to March 2021, where they held the position of BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR / AFFÄRSOMRÅDESCHEF. In this role, they reported to the CEO and was a part of the Swedish Executive Management Team. Anna played a crucial role in establishing means for optimizing the group's consolidated business performance.

Earlier in their career, Anna worked at Coop as the HEAD OF IT - HR from 2005 to 2007. Anna was responsible for all IT operations within HRM and successfully transformed the cost unit into a revenue-generating unit with high-quality service delivery within outsourcing. Prior to Coop, they started their career at KF, where they held various roles, including PROJECT MANAGER and MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.

Anna Erlandsson attended Växjö University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Civilekonom / Magisterexamen i Företagsekonomi with a focus on Organisation och ledarskap. In 2005, they completed a program in Kommunikation & Ledarskap at Dale Carnegie. Additionally, Anna Erlandsson participated in the KF Management Trainee Program from 2000 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this program.
