Hope Mears Østgaard

Hope Mears Østgaard has over 25 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles. Hope is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing at CatalystOne Solutions, where they are responsible for building a world-class marketing organization to support the company's growth plans. Hope'srole includes hiring and developing talented marketers, creating a marketing strategy aligned with company goals, building a strong brand presence, implementing effective marketing tactics, and integrating marketing into all aspects of the business. Prior to joining CatalystOne Solutions, Hope worked as the Marketing Director for the Nordics at Meltwater, where they successfully increased lead generation, brand visibility, and collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Hope also held positions at QuestBack, Actebis Computer AS, Heitmann Travel AS, Tech Data AS, and Tandberg Telecom AS, where they gained expertise in digital marketing, brand management, event planning, and account management. Hope is known for their strategic mindset and ability to drive results through effective marketing strategies.

Hope Mears Østgaard has a diverse education history with a focus on business and language studies. In 1989, they attended Hov VGS where they studied foreign languages, including English, German, and French. During the years 1992 to 1994, Hope attended Otto Treiders Handelsskole, where they studied marketing, finance, and English. In 1993, they also briefly studied marketing, finance, and English at Oxford and County Business College. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Management degree in Project Management at BI Norwegian Business School, completing their studies in 2008.
