Siri Bjerkelund Larsen

Siri Bjerkelund Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1998, they started as a Sales Assistant at Dell. Siri later transitioned to becoming a Researcher at Bjerke & Luther AS in 2000. From 2003 to 2006, Siri worked as an HR Consultant at Vitusapotek AS. In 2007, they joined Flytoget AS as an HR Consultant, where they were responsible for tasks such as reducing sick leave, recruitment, and implementing HR systems. Siri briefly took maternity leave in 2008 before joining Technip as an HR Advisor from 2009 to 2010. Siri then became a Homemaker from 2011 to 2011. In the same year, they started working at If Insurance (If P&C Insurance) as an HR Partner, where they worked closely with leaders to provide strategic guidance and improve HR practices. Siri continued their HR career at CatalystOne Solutions as an HR Consultant & Project Manager from 2019 to 2022 before transitioning to their current role as a Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Siri also serves as a Coach at SBL Coaching by Larsen, starting in 2021.
