Lucy Sheridan

Lucy Sheridan is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently working at Stripe since August 2025, having previously held similar positions at Mastercard Dynamic Yield and Qualtrics. At Qualtrics, Lucy progressed from Technical Account Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager between October 2021 and March 2024. Prior to this, Lucy gained valuable experience at JPMorganChase as a Functional Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, and Talent Development Analyst from July 2019 to September 2021, and also completed a Human Resources internship there. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senate Page for the Ohio Senate GOP and a Business Development Intern at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Music from The Ohio State University and graduated from Bishop Watterson High School.
