Phil Norminton

Phil Norminton currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Catalyx, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Black Swan Data from March 2019 to July 2024, where Phil worked as an Advisor, Vice President of Insights & Partnerships, and Executive Director of Client Strategy. Phil’s background also features a brief tenure at Streetbees in 2019, specializing in connecting companies with consumers, and significant experience at Nielsen from 1995 to 2018 in various leadership roles including VP of Global Client Business Partner and Managing Director for Turkey. Previous positions at PepsiCo and United Biscuits contributed to expertise in customer insights and marketing. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Economics, and Marketing from the University of Reading, awarded in 1993.
