Currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager at Panacea Technologies Inc. since April 2023, Trouvel previously held positions as CSS/PM at American Heritage Credit Union from December 2018 to January 2021, and as a Universal Banker/PM at Citizens Bank between September 2012 and December 2018. Trouvel holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Peirce College.
