Wouter Nuytinck

Wouter Nuytinck is an experienced professional in business development, currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Life Sciences and Health at Catalyze Group since January 2018. Wouter's role encompasses securing funding for researchers and innovative companies in the life sciences sector through a combination of grants, loans, and private investments. Prior to this, Wouter held various positions at Merck Group, including Field Sales Specialist in BioMonitoring, and at Merck Millipore as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Wouter also gained valuable experience during an internship at OctoPlus, where research was conducted to enhance service quality, as well as through internships at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where quantitative studies on knowledge valorization in life sciences were undertaken and marketing activities for a coaching tool project were supported. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Management, Policy Analysis, and Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
