Paul Washington

Paul Washington serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at IMA Financial Group, leading Corporate Governance, Administration, and M&A teams while developing the company's real estate strategy across the United States. Concurrently, Paul holds board member positions at Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, Independent Financial, and Catamount Constructors. Previously, Paul was Regional President at JLL, overseeing business operations in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho, and held the role of Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development for the City and County of Denver. Additional experience includes serving as President of LJS Holdings, adjunct professor at the University of Colorado, and an attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Hogan Lovells. Paul holds a BS in Business from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver.
