Richard Lacaze

Richard Lacaze is an experienced professional in supply chain and purchasing management, currently serving as the Supply Chain & Purchasing Director at CATANA GROUP since May 2023. Key accomplishments include a complete reorganization of the purchasing function, establishing Master Data governance, and leading an ERP change program across multiple sites. Prior to this role, Richard spent nearly 20 years at INNOV'IA, where pivotal contributions involved creating the Organization & Information Systems Department, structuring supply chain operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Richard holds a Master's degree in supply chain management from ESCCI and a Master 1 in procurement and contract management from ISAAP Rochefort.
