Kristy Swol

Kristy Swol is an experienced education professional with a strong background in leadership, coaching, and professional development. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Specialist Level III at Catapult Learning since April 2019, Kristy focuses on enhancing the success of teachers and educational leaders. Prior to this role, Kristy founded Kristy Swol Consulting, providing support to leaders and educators in various areas of practice. Previous experience includes founding PayPer Workz, LLC, and serving as the Director of Education/Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Venice, where Kristy recognized the broader needs for educational and religious materials. Kristy also held positions such as District Superintendent for the Diocese of St. Petersburg and Principal at St. John Vianney Catholic School, backed by a Doctor of Education from Argosy University and a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
