Marc Hoban

Marc Hoban has extensive experience in the education industry. Marc started their career as an Account Manager at Paxton/Patterson, where they worked with public sector clients in the K-12 market and helped implement programs in compliance with national and state standards. Marc then joined OBS as a Sales representative, responsible for selling technology products and services in the K-12 market. Marc later worked at Evans Newton, Inc. as an Account Manager, consulting with education clients to raise student achievement. Marc then joined Catapult Learning, where they served as an Executive Director of School Partnerships, focusing on new business development for public and non-public schools in New Jersey. Marc also provided direct student instruction, student support services, professional development, and supplemental educational services. Marc worked closely with various education professionals, including superintendents, principals, and teachers. More recently, they held roles at Springboard Collaborative as the East Coast Executive Director, closing the reading achievement gap through coaching teachers and training family members. Currently, Hoban is a Regional Vice President at FACTS Education Solutions, responsible for overseeing educational solutions in the region.

Marc Hoban attended Colorado Technical University from 2024 to 2025, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
