Suzanne DeZego has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Suzanne began their career as a Middle School Principal at the Ritenour School District from 2001 to 2009, where they provided instructional leadership and worked with stakeholders to improve school performance. Suzanne then served as the Director of Professional Development and Curriculum at the Ferguson-Florissant School District from 2009 to 2011, overseeing professional development functions and curriculum coordination. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at the Rockwood School District, implementing accountability systems and promoting student achievement. Suzanne then became the Founding Principal at EAGLE College Prep Endeavor from 2012 to 2014, leading purposeful planning and budgeting aligned with the school's mission. Suzanne later joined Catapult Learning where they held various roles, including Area Manager/Regional Operations Manager, Director of Operations--Summer Journey, and Territory Vice President -- Missouri. In these positions, Suzanne managed educational programs, oversaw day-to-day activities, and led growth initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Suzanne DeZego earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Saint Louis University between 1998 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994. Suzanne attended Columbia High School from 1986 to 1990.
