Lee Cadman, PhD CEng MIET, has extensive work experience in engineering and technology roles. Lee is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Catapult since October 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at DOCOMO Digital as the Senior Vice President of Engineering from July 2021 to September 2022, and as the Vice President of Engineering from November 2020 to July 2021. Lee also worked at SG - Digital as the VP Technology, Sportsbook from May 2020 to October 2020.
In 2016, Lee joined MYJAR, a FCA-regulated Fintech company, where they held multiple roles including Group Chief Technology & Product Officer from June 2019 to May 2020, and Group Chief Technology Officer from September 2016 to June 2019.
Earlier in their career, Lee worked at Macat - Critical Thinking as the Head of Technology from January 2016 to September 2016. Lee also has experience with McLaren Racing, where they served as the Head of Software Development from January 2013 to January 2016, and with McLaren Applied as the Head of Software Development from October 2012 to January 2013, and as the Team Leader - Software Development from July 2010 to October 2012.
Before their roles at McLaren, Lee worked at QinetiQ as a Software Engineer in the Distributed Technology Group from October 2004 to November 2006, and as a Research Scientist in the Technology Assessment Group from September 2002 to October 2004.

Lee Cadman, PhD CEng MIET, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Lee furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
In terms of certifications, Lee Cadman achieved the status of Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in July 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute in September 2012.
