Chris Bashaw

Chris Bashaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chris started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Coach at Colby College. From there, they worked as the Head Video Coordinator at Furman University from 2010 to 2011. Chris then moved on to the University of Florida, where they held roles as Football Video personnel and a Football Graduate Intern from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they served as the Interim Director of Video and Social Media for Football at the University of Massachusetts.

From 2013 to 2020, Chris worked at XOS Digital, where they held multiple roles including Senior Support Technician, Technical Account Manager, and Field Support Manager. At XOS Digital, they gained valuable experience in technical support and customer service.

In 2020, Chris joined Catapult as the Senior Operations Manager, overseeing the supply chain and logistics decisions in the Americas. Chris implemented inventory transition plans and created a single data source to assist real-time decision making. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics at Catapult, managing a team of 4 across fulfillment centers and overseeing 3 warehouses.
