Tiffany Randazza, LCAS, CCS, currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and Deputy Clinical Director at Catawba Valley Healthcare since January 2020. With over a decade of experience in the field, Tiffany previously held the position of Lead Substance Abuse Counselor at McLeod Addictive Disease Center from October 2010 to January 2020, specializing in outpatient Opiate Treatment Programs. Earlier roles include Substance Abuse Counselor at Pavillon International, Prison Health Services' Project Recovery, and The Willough at Naples, each focusing on diverse treatment approaches for addiction. Tiffany's education includes a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University and a Master's Degree in Addictions Counseling from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Kent State University.

CVH was founded in 2005 as part of NC’s behavioral health reorganization.
