Tiffany L. Shu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer experience and product management. Tiffany L. is currently the Channel Experience Lead (CX Design) at Catawiki since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at Sproutfi from 2022 to 2023. Tiffany also worked as a Product Manager at Kaizo in 2021 and held the role of Customer Experience Manager at TenX from 2019 to 2021 and from 2018 to 2019.
