Olivia Arden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Olivia is currently working as an Office Manager at Catbird NYC since September 2022. Before this, they worked as an Office Manager at goTenna from October 2018 to May 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Client Solution Manager at D3 NYC from November 2017 to July 2018, where they developed and managed project plans, maintained client communication, and provided status reports. Olivia also worked at Alpha Audiotronics, Inc. as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator from February 2017 to November 2017, where they coordinated social content, generated new marketing content, and worked closely with PR and marketing teams. Olivia also worked as a Customer Experience Agent at Alpha Audiotronics, Inc. from November 2016 to February 2017, providing customer support and managing firmware updating program. Earlier in their career, Olivia held the position of Executive Assistant to the President (Contract) at Silvercup Studios from February 2016 to August 2016, where they provided administrative support and managed various tasks for company executives. Olivia also worked as a Happiness Coordinator at Motivate Design from May 2015 to February 2016, handling correspondence, scheduling, and partnering with different departments. Additionally, Olivia worked as a Front Desk Studio Staff Member (Part-Time/Temp) at SoulCycle Inc. in April 2015, assisting with Studio Management and training new hires. Olivia Arden completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Lodging Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Elisabeth Irwin High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Olivia obtained a certification as a Food Safety Manager from the American National Standards Institute in February 2011.
