CATCH
Theresa Bynum joined CATCH, Inc. as the Intellectual Disability Division Director in October 2019. As Division Director, Ms. Bynum handles the strategic direction, operations, and development of CATCH’s Intellectual Disability services. Prior to CATCH, Ms. Bynum worked for nine years as a Manager of a Supports Coordination Organization affiliated with Public Health Management Corporation and has 27 years of experience in the behavioral health and social service industry.
Ms. Bynum received both a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and a Master’s of Science degree in Public Health Management and Administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).

CATCH, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation providing behavioral health and intellectual disabilities services in an area that includes portions of Center City and South Philadelphia, west of Broad Street to the Schuykill River and south of Chestnut Street to the Naval Base. Services are accessible to the hearing impaired as well as to those speaking languages other than English
