Kapil Madan

Kapil Madan has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having worked in various roles since 1997. Kapil began their career at Hughes Software Systems as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in product development for the company's VSAT product line. Kapil then moved to Trillium Digital Systems in 1999 as an Associate Member Technical Staff, where they contributed to the product development life cycle. In 2001, Madan joined Gluon Networks, Inc. as Lead Architect, where they were responsible for the Fault Tolerance Architecture for the next generation class 5 switch. In 2004, they became an Associate Member Consulting Staff at iPolicy Networks, which was later acquired by Tech Mahindra. From 2005 to 2016, Madan held various roles at IBM, including Enterprise Mobility Leader, Practice Leader - Solution Services, India/SA, and Industry Leader - Telecom, Software Group. In 2016, they joined Adobe as Business Head - Customer Experience. In 2018, they became Director International Business Development at Catch Media Inc. and in 2022, they were appointed Vice President of Global Business Development at Play Anywhere, Inc.

Kapil Madan attended Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics & Communications.
