Prior to that, Hicks was the Chief Financial Officer at BANDIER and Crane Stationery, where notable achievements included executing a management buyout and leading the company to profitability before its sale to Mohawk Fine Papers. Hicks began a career at PepsiCo, advancing from a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs to Senior Manager within PepsiCo's North American division. Educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Spanish with a focus on Latin American Studies from Duke University.
