Kelley Hicks

Kelley Hicks is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Catchment Capital since February 2025, Hicks previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Burrow from December 2019 to December 2024. Prior to that, Hicks was the Chief Financial Officer at BANDIER and Crane Stationery, where notable achievements included executing a management buyout and leading the company to profitability before its sale to Mohawk Fine Papers. Hicks began a career at PepsiCo, advancing from a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs to Senior Manager within PepsiCo's North American division. Educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Spanish with a focus on Latin American Studies from Duke University.
