Karthik Suresh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services and support, currently serving as Senior Director at Catchpoint since June 2019. Karthik has progressed through roles including Director and Manager within the Professional Services team, overseeing staffing, project resource allocation, and the complete customer lifecycle. Prior to Catchpoint, Karthik worked at Akamai Technologies as a Presales Solutions Architect, leading proofs of concept and implementing customer solutions. Karthik also has experience as a Solutions Architect in Managed Services, focusing on enterprise account onboarding and website performance optimization. Karthik began his career at DXC Technology as an Application Developer, specializing in the Dot NET framework and supporting customer relations. Karthik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from B N M Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
