Lauren Kostka

Lauren Kostka is an experienced product leader with a strong background in creating and managing digital experiences across various platforms. As Head of Product at Catch+Release since April 2022, Lauren has successfully led the development of the Creator Community, significantly expanding its size and impact on licensing. Prior to this, Lauren honed skills at Meta as a Product Producer, where notable achievements include delivering a personalized video experience to millions of users. Other relevant experience includes senior production roles at Gap and R/GA, where Lauren oversaw large teams and managed complex projects for high-profile clients. Lauren holds a double major in English and Psychology from Georgetown University.
