Linda Flanagan

Linda Flanagan began their work experience in 1989 as the National Director of Customer Service at CIC Systems, where they stayed until 1998. Linda then worked as the Director of Inside Sales at Copley Systems from 1991-1998. In 1998, Linda became the Director of Customer Operations at Parametric Technologies (PTC) until 1999. Linda then moved to PC Connection, where they served as the Director of Sales Operations from 1999-2001. From 2001-2002, Linda worked as the Manager of Client Operations at All Bases Covered. Linda then became the Director of Client Services at By Appointment Only from 2003-2006. In 2006, Linda joined GN Netcom as the Manager of Inside Sales until 2007. Linda later co-founded Green Leads, LLC in 2008, serving as the COO/Founder/Board Member until 2022 when it was acquired by Next 15. Currently, Linda is the Chief of Staff at Category Design Advisors, starting in 2019.
