Nicolas Hartel

Nicolas Hartel serves as the Managing Director of Catella Asset Management Germany GmbH since December 2017, focusing on the establishment of Catella Asset Management Deutschland. Additionally, Hartel has been the Head of International Transactions at Catella Real Estate AG since October 2011, overseeing pan-European cross-border transactions and integrating local operations in nine countries. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, Hartel manages a pan-European German special fund, aiming for a gross volume of approximately €800 million. Hartel's prior experience includes project management in cross-border real estate transactions with Real I.S. AG, where a significant focus was placed on Australia and Germany. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Science in Real Estate from IREBS Immobilienakademie and a Master of Laws from the University of Hamburg.
