Keith Mondello

Keith Mondello currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Catelli Brothers, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Keith was Operations Manager at Green Thumb Industries from October 2021 to May 2022 and held various managerial positions at J & G FOODS, INC from September 2018 to October 2021, including Plant Manager and Production Manager. Additionally, Keith gained experience as Operations Superintendent at Smithfield Foods from June 2014 to September 2018, and as a Microbiology Technician intern at The Coca-Cola Company in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Lean Manufacturing Brown Belt from Iowa State University.
