Rachel Inman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and hospitality. Currently serving as the Event Production Manager at Catering by Design since November 2022, Rachel has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Crystal Catering Indianapolis and Hotel Manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport, where responsibilities included overseeing numerous events, managing operations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. With a strong foundation in hospitality management attained through a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, Rachel has developed a keen attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to excellence across various roles, including training staff and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver successful events.
