Jacob has lived and breathed food from the start – he grew up in his grandmother’s restaurant in his home state of Michigan beginning at the age of ten. He has worked hard with local Chicago restaurants and food trucks, celebrity chefs, as well as large scale national restaurant groups across the United States. He has helped grow businesses and develop strong teams of top performers to deliver memorable experiences for guests. When he is not at home cooking up a new recipe for his wife and son, he is out exploring the beautiful city of Chicago for delicious food and local beers with friends and family.
