Aditi Salvi

Aditi Salvi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Caterpillar Inc., Aditi previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Solar Turbines. Aditi's background includes significant leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, including Director of Human Resources for Global Engineering and Global Operations.
