Andrew Modine

Andrew Modine is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR strategy and operational management. At Caterpillar Inc. from February 2011 to May 2016, Andrew served as Global Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included delivering HR strategy for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees and leading initiatives in workforce planning, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion. In previous roles, including Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Operational Excellence Manager, significant contributions included the development of environmental health and safety strategies, and the implementation of recognition programs that enhanced employee engagement scores, as well as leading projects that resulted in substantial cost savings. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Relations/Image Management from Illinois State University.
