Athena Campos

Athena Campos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and brand development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing Enablement at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2025, Athena previously held multiple leadership roles at CNH Industrial, including Head of Commercial Services North America, where oversight was given to a team focused on enhancing customer and dealer experiences. With a strong background in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer experience platforms, Athena also contributed to CNH Industrial's growth initiatives and global brand marketing for construction brands. Earlier in the career, roles at Navistar included Director of Global Marketing and multiple marketing director positions, complemented by foundational experiences in marketing at Motor Coach Industries and The Boston Consulting Group. Athena holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ball State University.
