Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores is an experienced operations and supply chain management professional with a notable career in the automotive industry. At Caterpillar Inc., Carlos serves as the Director de Operaciones Campus Santa Catarina. Previously, Carlos held multiple positions at General Motors, including Plant Operations Director, Materials Director for the Silao Plant, GM México Logistics & Transportation Director, and Manufacturing Business Planning Manager. Carlos also contributed to NUMMI as Truck Assembly Plant Assistant Manager. Carlos obtained a degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo between 1987 and 1991.
