Carolina Xavier-Walsh

Carolina Xavier-Walsh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project coordination, design consulting, and operations management. Currently serving as an Associate Project Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2025, Carolina has previously held positions as a Design Consultant at Closets By Design and as a Senior Specialist in Operations at Rocket Travel, Inc., where Carolina developed training programs and launched a new call center. Additional experience includes work as a People Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Support Specialist, highlighting strong communication abilities in multiple languages. Prior to entering the private sector, Carolina served as an Administrative Assistant-Secretary at the Consulate General of Brazil in Chicago, providing support to the Consul General and engaging with the Brazilian community. Carolina holds a degree from UniRitter in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and has furthered education at UIC College of Architecture.
