Craig Lieber

Craig Lieber has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, having worked at Caterpillar Inc. since March 1997 in various senior roles, including Global Controller for Cat Financial Insurance Services and Global Business Services Governance Lead. Responsibilities included oversight of finance operations, compliance program development, and internal auditing within the financial products division. Craig also has a background in integration and accounting for acquisitions, along with experience in SEC reporting and business management for both domestic and international operations. Prior to Caterpillar, Craig was with Price Waterhouse as an audit staff and senior, serving a diverse range of clients. Craig earned a degree from Bob Jones University between 1988 and 1992.
