Eason Ding

Eason Ding serves as an Engineering Team Lead at 卡特彼勒 since February 2012, focusing on electric drive systems and electrification of off-highway machinery, including battery electric and hybrid drives. Eason also leads the development of rotating electric components and systems, providing engineering solutions to internal clients. Prior to this role, Eason worked as a Component Development Engineer and a Hardware Design Engineer at China Electronics Technology Group Co. Eason holds a Master’s degree in Control Theory & Control Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Automation, both from Jiangnan University.
