Erin Swan

Erin Swan, CDE®, currently serves as a Total Rewards Partner for North America at Caterpillar Inc. since December 2024. Prior to this role, Erin held various leadership positions at TSC, formerly known as The Starr Conspiracy, from July 2013 to December 2024, including Vice President of Employee Experience, where strategic management of employee, shareholder, and client experiences was prioritized. Erin also contributed as a Director of Operations, providing financial analysis and forecasting, and served as an Office Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in General Business from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, earned between 2003 and 2007.
