Errol Wint is an accomplished operations and manufacturing leader with extensive experience in various industries, including heavy equipment and automotive. Currently serving as Director of Operations and General Manager Operations at Caterpillar Inc. since December 2020, Errol has previously held significant roles such as Director of Manufacturing at Wacker Neuson Corporation and Senior Director of Global Manufacturing Strategy at TE Connectivity. With a strong background in strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and operational leadership, Errol has effectively managed multi-site operations and led major capacity expansions.
