Eve Tan

Eve Tan has over 17 years of experience in human resources and recruitment across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Caterpillar Inc. since November 2022, Eve previously held the position of Regional Recruiter for Asia Pacific at Solar Turbines from August 2010 to November 2022, managing recruitment functions, payroll verification, learning and development, and communication within the region. Prior to that, as an Account Manager at EPS Computer Systems Pte Ltd from February 2006 to August 2010, Eve successfully recruited over 500 staff across various roles and managed significant projects, earning multiple performance awards. Eve holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a major in Information Communication Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
