Greg Neiss

Greg Neiss is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment technology. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Technology Partner at Caterpillar Inc. since January 2020, Greg has led the implementation of a global candidate relationship management (CRM) system and facilitated training initiatives for the platform. Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Caterpillar Financial from July 2012 to January 2020, Greg performed full-cycle recruiting and developed strategic initiatives for diverse talent sourcing. Earlier roles at TAPFIN Process Solutions and Aerotek provided foundational experience in program management and account management. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
