Rajesh Sethupathi

Rajesh (Raj) Sethupathi has extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc., spanning from 2004 to the present. As a Senior Growth Strategy Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions, Raj led the development and communication of a growth strategy aimed at achieving $3.4 billion in incremental revenue by 2020. Currently, in the role of Senior Product Line and Program Manager, Raj oversees a cross-functional team across 12 enterprise divisions, managing the integration of operations and holding full P&L responsibility for two product lines in gas compression with aspirations to reach $100 million in revenue. Prior experiences include roles as a Product Sales and Applications Consultant and Engineering Manager, contributing to global sales and leading engineering teams on significant new product initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Bradley University, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University, complemented by an advanced strategy program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
