Rossina Gil, MSOD, MAIS, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and leadership with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Culture & Leadership Development Consultant - International at Caterpillar Inc., Rossina facilitates complex change processes aimed at enhancing operational safety and leadership capabilities.
