Ryan Dean

Ryan Dean, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing the creation and implementation of global employee development solutions. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles including Human Resources Consultant, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for the Aftermarket Parts global organization. At RLI Insurance Company, Ryan managed talent development programs and led employee relations functions. Experience includes previous positions as a Supervisor at COUNTRY Financial®, where Ryan developed sales strategies and training, as well as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement from Western Illinois University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois Central College.
