Shanon Cole, MBA, ITIL, is an experienced professional with a robust background in service delivery and IT management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Caterpillar Inc., Shanon has also held positions as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Purchasing Buyer. Previous roles include Server Administrator at TEKsystems and Abercrombie & Kent, as well as Programmer at Argonne National Laboratory and The EDI Group Ltd. Shanon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and German from Dominican University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Bradley University.
