Shelley Wicke

Shelley Wicke is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership recruitment. Currently serving as Director of Global Executive Search at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2022, Shelley previously held the same position at Johnson Controls from February 2012 to September 2022. Prior to that, Shelley worked at Aurora Health Care from November 2004 to February 2012, where roles included Director of Leadership Talent Acquisition, Manager of Leadership Recruitment, and Executive Recruiter, focusing on developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership and specialty positions. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in May 1996, after graduating from Cedarburg High School in 1992.
