Stephen Robertson

Stephen Robertson has extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as the Global Total Rewards Director at Caterpillar Inc. since October 1998. In this role, Stephen is responsible for Global Compensation, Incentive & Workday Compensation, US Financial Health & Compliance, and Global Mobility & Immigration. Previous positions at Caterpillar include Regional Director Total Rewards for North America, HR Director for a business unit, and EAME Total Rewards & HR Shared Services Manager. Earlier in the career, Stephen held various HR roles at Perkins Engines Company Limited, including HR Team Leader and Employee Relations Officer, after earning a degree in Business Economics with HRM from the University of the West of Scotland.
