Todd Durham

Todd Durham is a Design Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2022, with previous experience as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer at ADDMAN Engineering and an Additive Manufacturing Engineering Intern at General Atomics. While at General Atomics, Todd successfully implemented a manufacturing method change that improved part performance and reduced costs by approximately 40%. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, where leadership roles included serving as President of the NIU Mars Rover Team, overseeing design and manufacturing efforts for a Mars rover, and managing the NIU Makerspace as Student Co-Director. Additional experiences include internships in metal additive manufacturing and research and development, where Todd focused on process integration and testing efficiencies in various engineering applications.
